If you have ever asked a Chinese lash factory for a price list and got back a sentence with four different numbers in it, you are not alone. MOQ is the question we answer more than any other, and most buyers get it slightly wrong the first time.
Here is what each MOQ tier includes and when to consider it.
The four tiers, in plain numbers

Box content varies by series. Our SD series contains 10 pairs per box and our WD series contains 5 pairs per box; ask us to confirm the exact specification for the styles you are considering. “20 boxes” means 200 pairs on an SD style, but it means something different on a WD style.
The MOQ applies per style, not per order. Styles can be mixed in one order.
The tier people misunderstand most: the first one
“20 boxes per style” is not 20 boxes total. It is 20 boxes of each style you take.
That is why you can mix styles in one order. If you want to test five different styles, you order 20 boxes of each, and we ship them together as one order. You are not forced to buy 100 boxes of a single style.
This tier lets you test several existing styles before committing to private-label packaging. You take a few styles, put them in front of real customers, and come back for the ones that move.
Why the jump from 20 to 200?
The 200-box tier is for adding your logo or label to an existing box format. Fully customized printed packaging starts at 500 boxes.
If you want a box designed and printed the way you want it, that is the 500-box tier. Custom packaging may require artwork preparation, printing setup and additional production time. If you tell us your packaging specification, we will confirm whether that tier applies to your order.
Why full OEM starts at 1,000 boxes per style
Full OEM means we develop the product with you: curl, length mapping, construction, band, and packaging. Your product specifications and packaging can be developed or coordinated with you, with certain components sourced from suppliers. Samples are made, you approve them, then we run production.
Our full OEM/ODM MOQ starts at 1,000 boxes per style. The packaging and specification tiers are set out in more detail on our OEM & private label page.
What the numbers do not include
MOQ is about quantity. It is not a promise about price, and it does not cover these:
- Samples. Your first sample request of up to 5 pairs is free for stock styles. Custom or private-label samples are quoted at our catalog price plus a one-time sampling fee. Sample fees, including the one-time sampling fee, are credited 100% against your first bulk order of the same specification, provided payment is made by T/T in advance. Sample shipping charges are paid by the buyer and are not credited.
- Freight. We quote FOB Qingdao by default. EXW and CIF are available if you ask, and the named port and responsibilities are confirmed under the agreed Incoterms® rules. Destination duties and customs clearance are on your side.
- Compliance documents. We can prepare product specification sheets, material composition statements and packaging information for agreed SKUs. Third-party testing, safety assessments and local registrations (for example for the US, the UAE or Saudi Arabia) are arranged separately and quoted separately. Our documentation support is not a certification or a market approval.
- Payment terms. First order is 30% deposit and 70% before shipment by T/T. Small sample or trial orders, generally under USD 1,000, may be paid by PayPal invoice.
Which MOQ tier fits your order?
Ask yourself one question: am I testing, or am I committing?
Testing → ready stock, 20 boxes per style, a few styles. Ready-stock orders typically ship in 3–7 days. Express transit is approximately 3–7 business days, subject to destination and customs.
Committing but small → simple private label at 200 boxes. Your name goes on an existing box format with the least cash out.
You already know what sells → custom packaging at 500 boxes, or full OEM at 1,000 boxes per style if you want the product itself changed.
