What is your MOQ?
Our standard MOQ is 20 boxes per style (200 pairs — 10 pairs per box). Styles can be mixed in one order — there is no limit on how many styles you combine. For OEM orders with custom packaging, MOQ starts from 500 boxes. For simple private label — your logo on our existing box styles — an entry option starts from 200 boxes.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Your first sample request of up to 5 pairs is free of charge (stock styles).
- Sample fee: free for stock styles (up to 5 pairs). Custom / private-label samples are quoted at our current catalog price, plus a one-time branding setup fee.
- Credit: any sample fee and branding setup fee you pay is 100% credited against your first bulk order (same specification, T/T in advance).
- Sample shipping: freight is at the buyer’s cost and is not credited against bulk orders. We ship by DHL / FedEx / UPS / Aramex. Typical express transit is 3-7 business days depending on destination; customs clearance may add additional time — either prepay, or send us your own courier account number.
- Bulk orders: from 20 boxes, quoted FOB Qingdao by default. EXW and CIF available on request. Destination duties and customs clearance are at the buyer’s cost.
What is the lead time?
In-stock styles ship within 3-7 days. OEM / private label orders usually take 15-30 days depending on quantity and packaging.
Can you print my own logo and design the box?
Yes — that is exactly what we do. Send us your logo (AI or PNG file) and packaging idea, and our design team will provide a mock-up for confirmation before production.
Which shipping methods do you support?
We ship by international express (DHL / FedEx), air cargo and sea freight. For Gulf and Africa markets we can quote the most cost-effective option for your volume.
Can I mix different styles in one order?
Yes. You can mix as many styles as you like in one order — the 20-box MOQ applies per style, not per order.
