Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern quotations, orders, and deliveries of products supplied by AntLash (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you (the “buyer”) accept these Terms. Where a quotation, proforma invoice, order confirmation, or signed supply agreement states otherwise, that document prevails over these Terms.

1. Who we are

AntLash is the brand of Pingdu Nanqiao False Eyelash Craft Factory, a false-eyelash manufacturer based in Qingdao, Shandong, China. We supply wholesale, OEM and private-label customers worldwide.

2. Quotations and orders

Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation; if no period is stated, they are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. An order becomes binding when we issue a written order confirmation or proforma invoice and you confirm acceptance in writing. Quantities, styles, packaging and delivery terms are those recorded in that document.

3. Minimum order quantity, samples and customization

Minimum order quantity (MOQ) is stated on each quotation and applies per style unless agreed otherwise in writing. Samples may be ordered for evaluation; sample charges and freight are quoted separately and are normally not deductible from later production orders unless stated on the quotation. OEM and private-label work is carried out against your artwork, specifications and packaging instructions, subject to technical feasibility and your written approval of pre-production proofs.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing, and are exclusive of taxes, duties and bank charges. Standard payment terms for bulk orders are a 30% deposit to start production and the 70% balance before shipment, paid by bank transfer (T/T). PayPal is accepted for sample and small trial orders (generally under USD 1,000), and Western Union is available on request for small amounts; more flexible terms can be discussed for long-term partners. Bank details for the USD and RMB accounts appear on your proforma invoice. Production starts after the deposit is received and artwork is approved.

5. Lead time, shipping and delivery

Lead time: in-stock items are dispatched within 3–7 days; OEM and private-label orders typically take 15–30 days from the later of (a) receipt of the deposit and (b) approval of all artwork and pre-production samples. The applicable lead time is confirmed in writing on the order confirmation or proforma invoice. Shipments are dispatched by DHL, FedEx, air cargo or sea freight depending on volume and urgency; freight is calculated by weight and destination and is shown in your quote before you confirm. Delivery terms follow the Incoterms stated on the invoice (for example EXW, FOB or CIF), and risk passes as provided by that Incoterm. Where you arrange carriage, you are responsible for booking, insurance, import clearance, duties and any destination charges. A commercial invoice and packing list accompany every shipment, the air waybill or bill of lading is issued by the carrier, and a certificate of origin or other export documents can be arranged on request. Lead times are estimates; delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control are handled under clause 10.

6. Quality control, inspection and claims

Production follows the approved specification and our standard quality-control procedure, which includes in-line and pre-shipment inspection. On request, we can arrange third-party inspection at the buyer’s cost. Any claim for shortage, damage or quality deviation must be raised in writing with photographic or video evidence within 14 days of receipt of the goods at the destination. We will investigate and, where the claim is verified, repair, replace or credit the affected quantity. Claims relating to a part of a shipment do not entitle the buyer to reject the remainder.

7. Intellectual property

You confirm that you own or are licensed to use all trademarks, logos, designs, artwork and packaging material you provide to us, and you are responsible for any third-party claim arising from their use. We will not display or promote goods bearing your private-label designs without your written consent. Our own brand elements, product photographs, catalogue material and website content remain our property.

8. Cancellation and returns

Orders for customized, OEM or private-label goods cannot be cancelled or reduced after artwork and pre-production samples have been approved, as production is specific to your specification. Stock orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to reimbursement of costs already incurred. Returns of shipped goods require our prior written agreement; unless the return results from a verified quality defect, return freight and any restocking costs are borne by the buyer.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the value of the goods affected by the claim as invoiced. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of goodwill, or costs of substitute purchases.

10. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural events, epidemics, government action, strikes, transport interruptions, port congestion, power or network failures. The affected party will notify the other promptly and the parties will agree on a reasonable extension of the affected obligations.

11. Confidentiality

Each party will keep confidential the commercial, technical and pricing information received from the other in connection with an order, and will use it only for the purposes of that order. This obligation continues after the order is completed.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice, it will be submitted to the competent court at the place of our registered office in China, unless the parties have agreed in writing on arbitration or another forum.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version applicable to an order is the one published at the time the order is confirmed. Questions about these Terms can be sent to sales@antlash.com.
